Digital Products
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Coaching Services
Refund requests for coaching services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with little notice may not qualify for a refund.
If Wellthy Behavior (Alex) must cancel a session, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
